Payment Options
ACH
At no charge, you can setup a recurring monthly payment from your bank for the 1st or 15th of every month by contacting the Servicing Department at 833-408-3100 or by emailing servicing@lakemortgage.com for more information.
Online
You can make online payments through our customer portal that can be accessed at My Lake Mortgage. There you will need to register to gain access for online payments. Once logged in you can make a one-time payment or setup recurring monthly payments. You will also be able to access mortgage document and information about your loan.

In Person
If you are local to our location, you can also drop off your payment during regular business hours or in our after hours drop box located on the front of the building.
Having Financial Difficulty?
Keeping up with mortgage payments can be difficult, especially with circumstances like COVID-19, job loss, illness, or overextended credit. By reaching out to us when challenges first arise, or if you anticipate that you may have such difficulty in the near future, you keep more options open. Payment Assistance
Offering the ability to temporarily suspend or reduce your monthly payment for a limited period of time, which is also known as a Forbearance plan.
When selecting a forbearance plan, it is important to keep in mind that you will have to repay any missed or reduced payments. Repayment options vary by loan type and in most cases allow for installments overtime.
Credit Reporting and Late Fees
We understand the importance of credit scores. Lake Mortgage will not report negative data to credit bureaus or assess late fees for customers actively performing on forbearance plans (reduced or suspended payment agreements), outside of the status of performance that applied upon the forbearance plan being established. Performance prior to the forbearance plan, whether positive or negative, will however, continue to be reported throughout the duration of the plan.
Foreclosures and Evictions
The initiation of new foreclosures, foreclosure sales and evictions will be suspended in accordance with applicable federal and state law and agency guidelines.
Just because your forbearance is ending, doesn’t mean you’re on your own. We’re here to help you get back on your feet. You may be eligible for an extension or other assistance.

QWR’s are required to be submitted to the address listed below. When Lake Mortgage is in receipt of a Qualified Written Request (as defined by RESPA), an acknowledgment notice is sent within five (5) business days.
